Select Lane
Choose product, destination and country shortlist from Product × Country Arbitrage.
Phase XLVII / Supplier Competition Board
The competition board converts approved supplier candidates into controlled RFQ participants. Every supplier receives the same specification, quantity, quality standard and commercial assumptions.
Competition doctrine
Price is compared only after normalising currency, Incoterm, freight basis, tooling, packaging, payment terms, MOQ and quality assumptions. Missing evidence remains visible rather than being silently estimated.
RFQ activation sequence
Choose product, destination and country shortlist from Product × Country Arbitrage.
Lock materials, construction, dimensions, hardware, packaging, tolerances and acceptance criteria.
Invite only suppliers whose capability and risk profile fit the defined transaction.
Capture price, MOQ, lead time, Incoterm, payment and validity without changing the specification.
Convert every offer to a common commercial and landed-cost basis.
Move the strongest offer into sample, risk, capital and transaction commitment gates.

Handoff
Once normalized, the selected supplier and quote become transaction inputs for Economics, Risk, Capital and the Transaction Command Centre. A quote without evidence cannot become a committed deal.
