LUXOPHY

Phase XLVII / Supplier Qualification Control

Know the factory
before the factory quotes.

Supplier qualification converts discovery into controlled commercial eligibility. A supplier is not “approved” globally; it is qualified for a defined product, lane, specification and transaction condition.

Operating principle

IDENTITY → CAPABILITY
→ EVIDENCE → RFQ.

The control board separates what a supplier says, what Luxophy has verified, and what remains open. This prevents attractive websites, untested capacity claims or unstructured quotations from contaminating sourcing decisions.

Phase XLVII conclusion

A SUPPLIER IS
A CONDITIONAL ASSET.

Qualification is attached to the lane, not merely the company. Next operating layer: supplier comparison and live RFQ competition, with normalized quote data flowing into landed economics.
